Return Policy
Qualified returns will be issued a RKCB Gift Card for the return value, refunds are not available.
In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Online order returns should be shipped back within 10 days from the date of delivery and must be received no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
Purchases returned via mail that are received after 14 days will not be processed and will only be sent back to you by mail at your own expense.
You can send your returns to the boutique in Little Rock, Arkansas by mail or bring them into the store. If returning via mail, send the return to the address listed below. Once received the return will be processed and an email will be sent with an e-gift card for the amount you paid minus any shipping charges.
Please include a note explaining your wishes, i.e. exchange for different sizes, return etc.
You can then redeem the e-gift card on the website or in-store. Simply enter the e-gift card number at check out and the amount of your credit will be taken off your total.
